ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Bio for Anji Cross
Angela “Anji” Cross is formally the creative visionary and Executive Director of Non-profit Organization En Agape International, Inc (EAI, Inc.) from 1996-2012 crafted a mission to create healthy communities by providing programs and services that help its “young ” members reach their highest potential. She was one of the driving forces behind the gang prevention training program Project SAVE, one of the few advocates for families of gang involved youths in the state of Washington.
Anji's work in the community initially started with church ministry working extensively with teens and young adults. Counseling, mentoring and working with individuals and families organically developed into a lifestyle of seeing and serving people. The knowledge and experience gained through ministry, real life experience and work in the community through EAI, Inc. opened doors to public speaking. Angela has presented and taught educators, school administrators, parents, law enforcement personnel and other community service agencies throughout the state of Washington.
Anji's involvement with the Washington State Black Policy Foundation further inspired her as an advocate for teen development in the areas of education, economic development, juvenile delinquency, and social justice.
Now as a published Author and Life Coach Anji is touching and changing the lives of “young” people from Tweens through Adults throughout the United States.
